In mid-May 2008, an earthquake claimed 90,000 lives in Sichuan, China. Again, the Chinese army attempted to win the Chinese people's heart emulatively (and reinforce the Army's control over the people indeed) rather than took it serious to carry out life-saving rescue operations efficiently.
The Army are saviors, the people are victims.
The State is great, the people are miserable.
We are shocked thanks to the CCP rather than the quake.
